Physical Presentation Requirements

Duration: 15 minutes - 10 minutes for the presentation + 5 minutes: Question and Answer (Q&A) session

Setup: Presenters should arrive at the designated venue at least 30 minutes before their scheduled time to check in and set up any necessary equipment.

Equipment Provided: Standard presentation tools such as a projector, screen, and microphone will be provided. Presenters must ensure compatibility with their own devices.

Presentation Format: PowerPoint or similar visual aid - Note: Please ensure that all fonts, images, and videos are clearly visible from a distance.

Virtual Presentation Requirements

Duration: Each virtual presentation should be a pre-recorded video lasting no more than 10 minutes. Following the video, presenters must be available for a live 5-minute Q&A session.

Recording Guidelines: Videos should be recorded in a quiet, well-lit environment. The video should be high-definition (HD 1080) and in MP4 format with clear audio-visual quality. Use a stable camera setup to avoid unnecessary movement.

Submission: Recorded presentations must be submitted by the deadline provided by the organizers. Accepted file formats and methods of upload will be communicated ahead of time.

Live Interaction: During the Q&A session, presenters should ensure a stable internet connection and use a professional background. It is important to test all equipment and software in advance to address any technical issues.
